
Our customer-friendly policies make doing business with Little Leaping Lizards a pleasure. We
certainly hope that you are thrilled with our products. We guarantee that you will be 100%
satisfied with our products and services. All of our fabrics are pre washed to avoid shrinkage.
If you have received a defective product or if we have made a mistake on your order, simply email
or call us within 10 days after you have received your order, and we will promptly replace your
item.
Production and Shipping Time
Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, please allow
3-6 weeks for delivery.
We will notify you promptly if there is a delay in your order. We do not issue refunds or allow
for cancellations once a personalized order is placed. Out-of-stock items, custom specifications
and unforeseen delays may affect the delivery time of your product.
Shipping
All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). You have the option of
selecting Priority Mail or Express Mail services depending on your location.
Shipping times are in addition to actual production time of your items, which can take anywhere
from 2-3 weeks. Please allow 2-7 days for shipping within the continental United States.
International shipments and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time.
Shipments within the continental U.S. will be charged a minimum of $7.25 regardless of the total
order. Overnight deliveries and international shipments will be charged per USPS standard rates.
Shipping charges are applied per shipping location. Every package is optionally insured on customer
request for the total value of the order (for an additional fee), and includes delivery confirmation
for tracking purposes where available.
We have no control over packages once they leave our facility by mail. If a package is damaged or
lost in transit, we reserve the right to not replace your order or require additional payment.
If shipments are going to an international or APO address, Delivery Confirmation will not be
available and as such we take no responsibility for the delivery of these items.
Please check that your shipping information is accurate. We reserve the right to pass on any charge
or fee incurred by Little Leaping Lizards to the customer for delivery to changed addresses.
Payment Options & Security Information
Online orders must be paid for using a Visa or MasterCard credit or check card. Your information is
secured by industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption and we ensure that your information will be secure and
confidential.
Return Policy
Personalized items are not returnable. An error due to Little Leaping Lizards must be reported within
10 days after you have received your merchandise. We reserve the right to replace any damaged personalized
items. Please review your order carefully before you place it with us and when you receive it.
If you have purchased something that is not personalized, please notify us by email within 10 days after
you have received the order that you would like to return your item and the reason for its return. You
will be sent a return code and instructions. When we receive the item in the same condition it was sent
with the return code we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges.
All returns must be sent back within five days of receiving return instructions from Little Leaping Lizards.
Returns are not accepted on Sale, Past Season or Personalized items. We reserve the right to charge a 20%
restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns on products when the lettering
style/font or color that is selected is not liked. Please review your order carefully!
In addition, due to the handcrafted nature of our products some variation from item to item (and our samples)
may exist. These variations are not defects, and we do not accept returns due to these variations.
Order Cancellations and Changes
We pride ourselves on accurate and prompt service. Therefore, we do not guarantee changes and do not accept
cancellations.
Monogram/Embroidery Policy
Your order will be embroidered as displayed on the website. We have dozens of fonts to
choose from when building your own items. We will embroider your text and font choice with a coordinating
thread color suitable for the options you have chosen. If you have specific instructions regarding lettering
style, font, placement or thread color please indicate them in the special instructions box at the end of
the checkout process.
Be as specific as possible, (ex: light pink, medium pink or hot pink; use all lower-case letters; center
letters on the bottom of the blanket; etc). We will select the colors and font style within your request
that makes for the most appealing match. We are not responsible when a font choice is not liked or the name
is not spelled correctly by the customer.
Special Notes regarding Monograms: If you would like a monogram on your item, you must choose the Monogram style when placing your
order. Simply putting three letters into the emboridery text box will result in three letters straight
across being emboridered on your item in the same size.
Phone Orders
When orders are called in, we do not accept any responsibility for any errors, including spelling errors.
Advertised Prices
We reserve the right not to honor erroneous or outdated advertised prices, appearing in any form of media.
User Feedback
Your feedback is very important to us. We value your opinions and we love to share your thoughts and ideas.
Therefore, any feedback or communication of any type - including ideas, suggestions, wordings, and design ideas
communicated to us - becomes our property to share, publish, reproduce or market as we wish. We will have unrestricted
use of such communications and will not owe compensation for usage.
